Movie Story: Satoshi and his friends get lost in an unknown wasteland. They eventually come across a “Water Pokemon Show” performed by the star of the Mariner Troupe, Hiromi. Hiromi is a descendant of the troupe of Water People able to communicate with water pokemon, and she tells our heroes the legend that’s been passed down by her people for generations. I don’t know too ,but marvel hq didn’t aired it only Cartoon network India aired in Hindi in 2009, 8 or2010 i watched it when i was a kid.

No it will not as disnep and did not agree to the agreement of dubbing this movie and if it dub my any other then the voice will be like (watch pokemon black and with i mean that piplup season first episode) ash will be like ash kara ash karo and attacks will be like (water beam) pani sa pani kar do it

Actually Disney Can Dub Movie 9 if they want.In Season 10, it was disney dub but they changed the voice dubbers and made script funny Like Ash kahe ash karo ,dawn the wondergirl, brock tapori🤣,Chimchar khunkaar khujli ka isteemal karo😅🤣.Actually Season 8 got very low trp thats why disney did an experiment.They have dubbed Season 9 normally with Ash real voice and not funny script and in season 10 they changed Voice dubbers and made script funny.Then, they air Season 9 and 10 both at same time.On one side season 9 get Nice trp, season 10 failed poorly, that’s why the voice is changed.from season 11 eveything becomes fine as they bring back old dubbers with mature script
